The Product Manager / Specialist works closely with Casino customers to support and promote the HALo Loyalty product line. This position will handle the day-to-day casino customer support, coordination of lab installs, and training (on customer site at times).
- Work with casino customers on setting up marketing promotions
- Review newly created user documentation for the HALo Loyalty suite of products
- Assist developers with upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancement to ensure the customer requirements are met
- Assist with QA testing of the HALo Kiosk and Promotions products
- Deliver training both internally and to customers on assigned products
- Demonstrate products to prospects
- Provide customer support on setup and implementation of recurring promotions
- willing to travel occasionally to customer Casino sites.
- Experience with Casino Software applications including installations, product set up and configuration, documentation, and go-live processes
- Experience with customer training exercises. Comfort in front of audience at times under pressure.
