Product Manager / Specialist – Casino Gaming

The Product Manager / Specialist works closely with Casino customers to support and promote the HALo Loyalty product line. This position will handle the day-to-day casino customer support, coordination of lab installs, and training (on customer site at times).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with casino customers on setting up marketing promotions
  • Review newly created user documentation for the HALo Loyalty suite of products
  • Assist developers with upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancement to ensure the customer requirements are met
  • Assist with QA testing of the HALo Kiosk and Promotions products
  • Deliver training both internally and to customers on assigned products
  • Demonstrate products to prospects
  • Provide customer support on setup and implementation of recurring promotions
  • willing to travel occasionally to customer Casino sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Casino Software applications including installations, product set up and configuration,  documentation, and go-live processes
  • Experience with customer training exercises.  Comfort in front of audience at times under pressure.
